Rules and Regulations of Al Fadel International Quran Center
1) Payment of fees should be done within first 5 days of the month. Fees should be paid for the month during which the student’s name has been registered even if she/he is absent during that time.
2) Days of study which are fixed at the time of registration can’t be changed afterwards.
No compensation is provided by days or money in case of student’s absence on their fixed days.
3) Teachers are chosen & assigned by the management of Al Fadel International Quran Center. Parents are not allowed to interfere in it.
4) Parents meetings are arranged every term to update student progress. In case of exceptional meeting, appointment should be taken through the administration.
5) Students are firmly advised not to leave before the class timing as they not only disturb the class discipline but also can’t progress like other students who are punctual and regular.
6) Insulting remarks to the management, rules or an employee will not be accepted & serious action will be taken in this regard. In order for any complaint/suggestion, please contact the administration.
7) In order to successfully plan our month & to maintain proper teacher students’ ratio, we request you to inform us of your leave, as early as possible. If the student is absent for long period, this can give us chance to serve other children from waiting list.
8) All students are kindly requested to adopt Hijab for girls/ladies and a modest dress for boys/men as a uniform while attending classes
9) The student should be prepared with the Qaeda/Quran/Tajweed Book and notebooks prior to the class time.
10) For girls & ladies: The class should be attended in a separate room with no men in the surroundings as most of the teachers and students observe face veil and in order to avoid the voice reaching the male members of the family.
Similarly, for boys & men: The class should be attended in a separate room with no ladies in the surroundings
11) The student must keep their camera on throughout the class and the mic must be kept on mute, unless the teacher asks to unmute it. The student will not be allowed to attend the class if the camera is switched off unless there is a genuine excuse, which must be reported to the group admin.
12) Respect the class time, as the class attendance & punctuality will be accountable for you to be eligible for the exam.
13) Keep your phone/laptop charged with stable internet connection prior class time.
14) Irrelevant matters should not be discussed during the class nor be shared in the group without the permission of the group admin.
15) Please try not to contact the teacher or your fellow group members at their personal numbers, considering the privacy of the other individual.
